For the 2014 World Perfumery Congress in Dauville, France, Swiss fragrance manufacturer Givaudan opted for a largely interactive booth, featuring both touch video walls and tables. Atra Media were hired as software specialists to consult on the client’s desired UI and deliver bespoke programming for a 3×3 video wall.

The concept kicked off with images of Givaudan’s Naturals ingredients – Lavender, Sandalwood, Ylang Ylang, Vanilla, etc. – running in a loop. When activated by the presence of a user, a liquid dissolve effect provided a gorgeous transition to the following screen, which indicated the place of origin of the ingredient on a globe marked by a pulsating Givaudan icon.

From there, visitors could explore videos and discover facts about each Natural by swiping away the screens and navigating through a series of color and image swatches.
